My name is Chestnut and my owner picked me up from a shelter when i was 9 weeks old. My other siblings had already been adopted and my last sister was being picked up the next day by the local police department for K-9 training and if my owner hadn't picked me up who knows when i would've been adopted because out of the entire litter i was the only one that looked like my mother a pit/boxer mix and since we get a bad reputation it was hard for the shelter to place me. Don't worry, i have a great home with my owner, who spoils me like crazy. Woof!!!!

When i was a puppy of 10 weeks old, encountered my first kitten and she came up from behind me and swatted my behind and i took off squealing like a little piggy.

I am not sure where i was born. But i do know i was the runt of the litter. My siblings took after our father, a Rottweiler.
