I will never forget the day I met Faye. My parents had recently moved the family up to Northern Califorina and in attempts to calm us girls, they promised us pets. At first I wanted a sheep, because we already had a family dog, but my sister wanted a dog of her own. So when we went to our local pound, we were shown to the puppy area. Inside a huge fenced in yard there were three sister puppies. Brooke, Faye, and another that looked like a Dobie mix (Later we would find out they are Catahoula Aussi Mixes). Well my sister wanted Brooke from the start, but when I say Faye, I told her she needed the black one and her named needed to be Faye. It was weird but when I met her, I knew I needed her.
