Star was born at some peoples I knew and when she was 3 weeks old she picked me as her owner. At 7 weeks I took her home and the rest is history. At about 3 1/2 I let her have a litter of pups. 12 were born and unfortunately only 11 made it. Due to medical reasons we had her fixed soon after the puppies were all gone. But she still treats every small dog as one of her pups. Especially Hayley.

One day while we were walking along a creek, Star all of a sudden jumped into the creek and stuck her head underwater. And ran along the creek with her head in that position. She saw a crawdad and was inspecting it......I had to drag her back out of the water so she could breath.

We got Hayley (Changed from Sadie when we got her) from a customer that used to bring her over for play days when she was just a baby (4 months to 7 months). This lady had some family emergencies and was unable to keep her anymore, and asked us if we knew anyone that would/could take her. Thus Hayley became ours. Hayley to this day looks at Starlight as her mother.....And Starlight baths Hayley as if she was one of her puppies.(Still, after 3 years)

Hayley thinks she is a Rott. If another dog comes around she will let it know if she wants to play or not. Also tell the dog to BACK OFF when she is done.
