Lucy was rescued from the animal shelter in Iowa City by me in 1995. She has cataracts that I am going to look into having fixed, she is nearly deaf, and can no longer smell but she still gets around very good and even get wound up from time to time. She has been in about 30 states. We were over the road truck drivers in her younger days. Now we spend all our days at home.

As of today I have visited Riley and will be adopting her this weekend barring unforseen tragity.She is Border Collie, Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler and I think they said there is some Lab in there.
